Read Jane’s saved practice answer

Tell me about a recruitment process you improved.

Managers were interviewing for the same roles using different criteria, which made feedback difficult to compare. I worked with them to agree a short role brief and common interview questions, then asked for written feedback before the debrief. We could discuss the evidence more clearly. I would bring an example of the guide and explain what we changed after using it.
