A career brief (or candidate summary) gives recruiters a clear understanding of who a candidate is professionally — what they do, their experience, skills, and career goals — without revealing any personal or identifying information.
Think of it as a candidate's anonymous ID Card on Chasing. It represents you on the platform by summarizes who you are, what you have done, your preferences and expectations. It enables more targeted, relevant interaction between candidates and recruiters while preserving privacy. Full CVs and contact details are only shared if the candidate explicitly approves the request.

Yes. Creating a profile, uploading a CV, and being discoverable by companies is free for candidates. Optional premium features may exist later, such as:
